Today I had a special guest lecturer, Mr Lee – an International certified Yoga instructor RYT 200. I invited him for my Stress Management class with 18 students.
The topic was about Yoga as one option for stress relief. We learned and practiced some basic postures and breathing techniques. Child pose, legs against the wall or bridge pose – well, I forgot the correct names.
Even though just a few postures, me and my students felt happier and lighter after the class. They even asked for more postures after the time was over.
What a good day!
