Day 270: Saturday Walk

I’ve missed my Pilate and Yoga practice for almost two months now. My body feels unwell and it confirms my self-title as a lazy bump. Sighing deeply …

But I’m grateful for the small chance of walking today. I always love to walk. But – another excuse – I never had the chance to have a long walk without being wet in sweat while in Indonesia. So, today after working, I took a walk for 15 minutes. It made me happier!

I hope I can get myself starting another round of practicing this week and get healthier.
